Caregiver Support

What’s Offered

Caregivers Death Café

A safe space to talk about death, dying, and caregiving

Caregiving often brings you close to life’s most tender and difficult questions. The Caregivers Death Café is a welcoming space where caregivers can come together to share thoughts, fears, stories, and reflections around death and dying—without judgment or agenda.

This is not a grief support group or therapy session, but rather an open conversation, guided with care and sensitivity. Whether you're actively caregiving or reflecting on your experience, you're welcome.

  • Free to attend

  • Tea, coffee, and light refreshments provided

  • Held monthly in a relaxed, supportive setting

You are not alone in what you’re carrying. Let’s talk about it—openly, honestly, and together.

Caregiver Respite Support

Because you can’t pour from an empty cup

Caring for a loved one is an act of deep love—but it can also be exhausting. You deserve moments to rest, reflect, or simply step away, knowing your loved one is in gentle, capable hands.

I offer non-medical respite/friendly visits in flexible 1-2 hour blocks, providing companionship and a calm, compassionate presence so you can:

  • Take a walk

  • Run errands

  • Attend an appointment

  • Enjoy quiet time for yourself

Whether you need one hour or a few, I’ll be there to support your loved one with dignity, warmth, and attentiveness—so you can return feeling more grounded and supported.

During these visits, I also offer the option to begin or continue a Life Stories Book project—a meaningful way to help your loved one share memories, stories, and reflections. Whether it's a quiet visit or time spent capturing their life stories, your loved one will be supported with dignity, warmth, and genuine interest.

Respite care is available for wherever your loved on
